MAX stands for Martial Arts X-training but it’s not what you think. MAX10 is for everyone! Cross-training refers to a training routine that involves several different forms of exercise. It’s a fun, effective program designed to erase the boring from your fitness routine. Using real martial arts and kickboxing techniques borrowed from Muay Thai, Savate and boxing your stress will melt away as you're constantly challenged to learn something new. It is a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, and reduce boredom that creeps in after months of the same fitness routine.
