Formerly known as the 10-Week Body Sculpt Challenge, this dynamic program shreds fat with kickboxing and boxing classes and builds and tones muscle with TRX Suspension Training, kettlebells and dumbells, strength and core training so you burn more calories all day long.

Each participant is assigned a personal fitness coach to provide accountability, inspiration and nutritional counseling.

DETAILS: This bootcamp is designed to be 5 days a week, Monday-Friday or Saturday, for 10 continuous weeks.
